Shipping & Returns

Delivery within Australia

And the little one said uses Australia Post’s Parcel Post as standard to make our deliveries.  We charge a flat rate of $8.95.  We will process your order within 24 hours of it being placed (or the next business day if on a weekend).  

Australia Posts standard delivery is within 3-5 business days for this service.   We will do our best to contact you if there are going to be any delays.

We are also happy to send your order by Australia Post’s Express service should you prefer.  This should reach you within 1 -3 days depending on where you live.  This service has a flat rate of $12.00.

Orders within Australia over $100 receive FREE delivery.

International Delivery

And the little one said uses Australia Post to deliver your orders internationally.  We offer Economy or Standard post which Australia Post classifies as:  

Economy post - 10+ business days delivery, untracked.
Standard - 6+ business days delivery, tracked.
 

Although we will do all we can to get your product to you in one piece, please note that and the little one said cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage.

Pricing

All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars and includes GST of 10%.  

Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to offer you products that are of a high quality if you find you are unhappy with your purchase because it is faulty, not the quality you expected, or not what you were expecting because of the size or colour, we are happy to offer you a credit, exchange or refund if you return it within 14 days.  Return postage is at your own expense.   Please ensure the products are returned in original condition with the tags and packaging included.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account and click on the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu. Click the Return Item(s) button to the right and select the item and number you wish to return and the details why then we'll notify you via e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items.

If a product you would like is “out of stock” please contact us and we will see if we can help you by either putting one on order, or offering you alternatives.
